Roles and responsibilities
Section titled “Roles and responsibilities”- You, the partner, add customers, create licenses, and send the installation command to the customer's IT administrator. You are responsible for first- and second-line customer support.
- The customer's IT administrator adds employees in the gateway's local console, generates profiles, and revokes access.
- nuVPN provides the software, apps, and licensing, and offers third-line support only to you as the partner.
Partner panel permissions
Section titled “Partner panel permissions”Partner account owners and administrators can perform all actions. If you have view-only access, you can see everything but cannot perform any actions.
The partner panel does not manage the customer's network. You cannot use it to perform actions on the gateway itself, employees, or devices.
Employee privacy
Section titled “Employee privacy”The partner panel does not receive or display employee, device, or profile names. This data is stored only in the gateway's local console at the customer's site. The partner panel shows only licenses, gateway health status, and counters.
