For IT Partners and MSPs

nuVPN Gateway: Employee VPN, on Your Customer's Server

Install a VPN gateway in your customer's cloud or on a server at their office. Employees connect through the nuVPN apps. Your customer gets remote access managed in their own environment, and you earn recurring monthly revenue from every server.

Who It's For

For IT partners and managed service providers (MSPs) serving small and medium-sized businesses. You handle installation, ongoing guidance, and customer support in their language. nuVPN provides the software, apps, and licensing.

What Your Customer Gets

Their Server, in the Cloud or at the Office

The gateway runs on your customer's server, in the cloud they already use or at their office, on Windows Server or Linux.

Apps Already Available

Employees use the nuVPN apps for iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, and Linux and import a profile. On domain-joined computers, the profile is distributed automatically through Group Policy.

When an Employee Leaves, Access Ends

Disable an employee's account in Active Directory, and their access is revoked automatically. There's no separate step to remember.

Employee Names Stay with Your Customer

Employee names are stored on the company's server, and nuVPN does not see them. VPN traffic does not pass through nuVPN.

Pay per Server, Not per Employee

One license per server, with no limit on users. The team grows; the price stays the same.

What You Get as a Partner

Recurring Monthly Revenue

Every server you install has a monthly license that generates revenue for you each month.

Your Own Central Panel

At your own address, ⁦yourcompany.nuvpn.com⁩, you can view licenses, server status, and billing for all your customers in one place.

Your Customer Stays Yours

You continue to provide your services and support in your customer's language. nuVPN stays out of that relationship.

How It Works

  1. 1

    Install on a Server

Use one command on Linux or a standard installer on Windows Server, with an installation code from your panel.

  2. 2

Connect a Directory or Add Users

Connect your customer's Active Directory and choose who gets access, or add users manually through the console.

  3. 3

    Employees Import a Profile

Each employee imports a profile into the nuVPN app and connects. On domain-joined computers, the profile is distributed automatically.

This short video walks you through the process—from your partner panel to installing the gateway, connecting to Active Directory, and employee sign-in. Subtitles appear in the page’s language, and you can switch languages using the subtitles button.

Windows or Linux, with or without a Directory

Windows Server

For businesses already running a Windows server. Installation follows the standard process, and the gateway integrates with the existing domain.

Linux

For a cloud server or dedicated virtual machine running Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04.

With Active Directory

Access is determined by group membership in the directory. Disable an employee's account, and their access is revoked automatically.

Without a Directory

Add users in the console and send them a profile as a download, a QR code, or by email.
